As we know the Indian food industry is poised for huge growth, increasing its contribution in world food trade every year. Accounting the country's total food market, the food processing industry is one of the largest industries in India and is ranked fifth in terms of production, consumption, export and expected growth, that's why Food Processing is one of the key sectors for Media India Group and for India Europe is the biggest consumer market. Hence each year we will do multiple activities with Government of India & State Government to promoting Indian Food Industries.

In 2010, we has hosted a delegation led by the then Food Processing Minister, Mr Subodh Kant Sahay, on a visit to Paris. He was accompanied by over a dozen leading Indian food processing CEOs and the Secretary, MoFPI. We brought along on the table about 25 EU CEOs, consultants, marketing experts, buyers etc.

Similarly in 2014, we have hosted a delegation led by the current Food Processing Minister, Mrs Harsimrat Kaur Badal, on a visit to Paris in 2014 during the SIAL Food Expo.

We also organized the First Indo-French Wine Summit in Paris where we brought about 40 Indian companies seeking investments, technology transfers, marketing & packaging expertise and buyers etc.

In 2015, during the PBD, we had organized a small Investment meet for Jharkhand Government with 25 European CEO's, specify focused on Food Processing Sector, and each year we are publishing an special issue on Food Processing event in Europe like SIAL and ANUGA,

Food processing sector is one of the largest sectors in India in terms of production, growth, consumption, and export. India's food processing sector covers fruit and vegetables; spices; meat and poultry; milk and milk products, alcoholic beverages, fisheries, plantation, grain processing and other consumer product groups like confectionery, chocolates and cocoa products, soya-based products, mineral water, high protein foods etc.

And to promote Indian in ANUGA we are publishing a special issue of ANUGA from with MOFPI, APEDA, ITPO and NHB. This issue focuses and addresses the Indian Agriculture & Food Industry. Our Special issue is distributed widely in the event through APEDA & ITPO.
